Delicious kutabs with cheese and herbs
Ingredients
-Sour cream 15% — 450 gr.
-Flour — 300 gr.
-Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. l -Salt — 0.5 tsp -Suluguni — 350 gr.
-Dill, green onion, parsley
Preparation:
Sour cream is combined with butter and salt. Mix it up. Add the sifted flour in small parts . Knead the soft plastic dough, cover with cling film for 25-30 minutes.
We prepare the filling: three on a large grater suluguni, add chopped greens. Mix it up.
We divide the dough into parts, depending on the size of the desired pies. We roll out each part thinly on the table, spread the filling on the edge.
Cover the filling with dough and pinch the edge with a fork.
Fry the kutabs in a hot frying pan with a little oil. Or you can fry in a dry frying pan, and then grease with butter.
