Звітуючи про успішне завершення нашого проєкту "Розвиток послуг медичної та соціальної реабілітації населення в межах румунсько-української прикордонної території - MedSocioRehab" 19 грудня 2023 року відбулася Заключна онлайн конференція. Висловлюємо щирі слова подяки нашим партнерам з Бая Спріє (Румунія), Рахова, Ужгорода та Спільному Технічному Секретаріату за спільні зусилля та вагомий внесок у досягнення наших цілей.

Reporting on the successful completion of our project "“Development of health and social rehabilitation services in the Romania - Ukraine border region – MedSocioRehab" the Final Online Conference took place on December 19, 2023. We express sincere gratitude to our partners from Baia Sprie (Romania), Rahiv, Uzhhorod and Joint Technical Secretariat for their joint efforts and significant contribution to achieving our goals.

Рахівська міська рада успішно просувається в реалізації проекту «Розвиток послуг медичної та соціальної реабілітації населення в межах румунсько-української прикордонної території – MedSocioRehab», ENI CBC - 1HARD/4.1/15, який фінансується Європейським союзом через інструмент транскордонного співробітництва - програму Румунія-Україна 2014-2020.�Зараз підрядник розпочав зведення стін адмінкорпусу реабілітаційного центру по вулиці Б. Хмельницького в місті Рахів. �Згаданий Центр є основним інфраструктурним компонентом для українських партнерів проекту. Згідно опису в проектній заявці він призначений для реабілітації людей з фізичними вадами, але збройний напад на Україну вніс свої корективи, адже жертви війни та ветерани будуть як ніхто потребувати такі послуги.�Саме тому успішне завершення цього проекту є справді пріоритетом №1!

The Rakhiv Town Council is successfully progressing in implementation of the project "Development of medical and social rehabilitation services in the Romanian-Ukrainian border region" MedSocioRehab (1HARD/4.1/15), which is funded by the European Union through the cross-border cooperation instrument - the Program Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020.
The contractor has now begun to raise the walls of the administrative building of the rehabilitation center on B. Khmelnytskyi Street in Rakhiv.
The Center is the main infrastructure component for the Ukrainian project partners. According to the description in the project proposal, it is designed to rehabilitate people with physical disabilities, but the armed attack on Ukraine has introduced certain adjustments, as war victims and veterans will need such services more than anyone else.
That's why the successful completion of this project is truly priority number one now!

Рахівська міська рада, головний бенефіціар проекту «Розвиток послуг медичної та соціальної реабілітації населення в межах румунсько-української прикордонної території – MedSocioRehab», ENI CBC - 1HARD/4.1/15 за фінансування Євросоюзу через європейський інструмент транскордонного співробітництва програму Румунія - Україна 2014-2020, успішно провела другий етап закупівлі для проведення будівельних робіт. Підрядник вже приступив до продовження будівництва будівництва інфраструктурного елементу згаданого проекту.
Як ми вже писали раніше, метою проекту MedSocioRehab є розвиток інфраструктури для соціальної та медичної реабілітації населення в румунсько-українському прикордонні.
З українського боку в місті Рахів по вулиці Богдана Хмельницького до кінця буде споруджено адміністративний корпус центру для фізичної реабілітації людей з фізичними вадами, а румунські партнери - місто Бая-Спріє - проводить капітальний ремонт соціального будинку для людей похилого віку.

Rakhiv Town Council, the lead beneficiary of the project "Development of medical and social rehabilitation services in the Romanian-Ukrainian border region" MedSocioRehab (1HARD/4.1/15) funded by the European Union through the European Neighborhood Instrument - Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 Program, has successfully conducted the second stage of procurement for construction works. The contractor has already started to continue the construction of the infrastructure element of the project.
As we wrote earlier, the goal of the MedSocioRehab project is to develop infrastructure for social and medical rehabilitation of the population in the Romanian-Ukrainian border area.
On the Ukrainian side, the administrative building of the center for physical rehabilitation of people with physical disabilities will be completed in Rakhiv on Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Street, while the Romanian partners, the town of Baia Sprie, are overhauling a social facility for elderly people.

Our partner «Baia Sprie Town» has completed roof reconstruction and begun interior renovations at The Elders Home in Baia Sprie. They are reinforcing the walls, replacing the electrical networks.

Dear friends,

Currently, we want to update details about our project.

The main beneficiary, the town of Rakhiv, constructed the foundation for the administrative building of the rehabilitation center last year. The work is now on hold since the design and estimate paperwork has been revised at the new rates. Now, procurement processes for the continuation of the construction project are being executed. We anticipate beginning the construction of the full structure in the near future.

We would like to remind you that within the scope of the project "Development of medical and social rehabilitation services in the Romanian-Ukrainian border region" MedSocioRehab (1HARD/4.1/15) in the city of Rakhiv, on the street B. Khmelnytskyi, a 1,370-square-meter building will be constructed with a spacious swimming pool for the physical rehabilitation of persons with special physical needs.
