In 1978, Richard Branson was trying to impress his girlfriend by pretending to buy a private island in the British Virgin Islands. It was listed for $6 million. He offered $100,000 as a joke. The owner settled for $180,000 and Branson bought Necker Island. He would marry the same girl there 11 years later.

Беляши из кабачков
Ингредиенты:
Куриное филе - 170 г
Манная крупа - 3 ст. л
Кабачок - 1 шт
Картофель - 1 шт
Чеснок - 6 г
Яйца - 1 шт
Разрыхлитель - 1/2 ч. л
Зелень - по вкусу
Соль, перец - по вкусу

Приготовление: Куриное филе измельчаем в фарш. Добавляем мелко порезанную зелень и чеснок, солим, перчим. Перемешиваем. Вареный картофель и кабачок трем на мелкой терке. Добавляем яйцо, манную крупу, мелко порезанную зелень, разрыхлитель, солим, перчим и хорошо перемешиваем. Разогретую сковороду с маслом выкладываем ложкой кабачковое тесто. На тесто сразу добавляем куриный фарш. Фарш закрываем кабачковым тестом. Обжариваем беляши на среднем огне с двух сторон
