COVID-19 asymptomatic carriers (people with COVID-19 who show no signs and symptoms) are now known to spread the disease unknowingly. This is can be bad news for the people with whom one interacts, especially those with suppressed/reduced body immunity such as; pregnant/expectant mothers, very young or elderly persons, people with diabetes, HIV, cancers and the general public at large.
Therefore;
Observe hand hygiene(hand washing and sanitisation)
Observe social distance
Wear face mask correctly and consistently
Do not touch eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
When you don't feel well, consult with your Dr ASAP.
