The seat on the edge of your bed and bend each of your knees 10times gently. Ensure it is through an angle of about 30 degrees.

What we are doing is getting our synovial fluid warm and reduce hip and knee joint pain and easing mobility.

Aqua Nile joins the people of Northern Uganda, South Sudan and the Comboni Missionaries in rememberance of the huge services these great persons have given to humanity for decades. Bro Elio in particular was the cheif technician of St Mary's Hospital Lacor for decades. He over saw several construction projects of the hospital in Opit, Kalongo, Pabbo, Amuru and several others. His love for St Jude's ophanage and it's disabled residents was humbling.
