Tears of joy this morning... A true New Year’s Miracle! 😭🙌✨

After three months of fervent prayers and a long, difficult journey following that tragic accident—where 82 souls were lost—I am overjoyed to share that Florence is coming home.

She has been officially discharged today! 🏥 An ambulance is currently on its way from Gulu to bring her back to her family. She is expected to be home in Lacor Center later today.

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. To our Karin community family in Gulu, Michigan family and friends, the Rotary Club of Gulu, GRRH, and Kumi Hospital: thank you for being God’s hands and feet. Your support kept us going.

While we celebrate this milestone, we hold the memory of Florence's dear colleague, Immaculate Bako (RIP), in our hearts. We carry her spirit with us as we move into this next phase of healing.

🚨 URGENT REQUEST: WHEELCHAIR NEEDED 🚨 Florence requires a wheelchair to assist her recovery.

To her friends and community: The road to full recovery is still long. The family welcomes your visits and continued comfort at her home in Lacor. Please reach out for directions if needed.

Let’s surround her with love as she starts 2026 at home! 🕊️❤️

A Healthier Uganda Starts with Prevention!

We successfully conducted an immunization exercise near Unyama Market. The turnout was encouraging, with parents bringing their children to receive life-saving vaccines.

Immunization is a powerful tool in preventing deadly diseases and protecting the future of our children. We thank our dedicated health workers and the entire community for making this outreach a success.
