The (SCI) journey often includes invisible battles: depression, anxiety, loss of identity, and the challenge of adapting to a new reality.

🌱These mental health struggles deserve just as much attention and care as the physical ones.

Let’s break the silence around mental health in the SCI community.
Let’s advocate for access to counseling, peer support, and rehabilitation that recognizes the whole person — body and mind.
