You chase your goals.
You sacrifice sleep.
You take short naps and call it rest.

Until your body says enough.

😴 7–8 hours of sleep is not a luxury, it’s a medical necessity.

Sleep strengthens immunity, restores energy, and protects long-term health.

At Nile International Hospital, we remind you:
Rest is part of healing.

You fall.
You get up.
You say, “I’m fine.”

But head and spine injuries don’t always show immediately.

Don’t ignore numbness, dizziness, or persistent back pain.

You have one brain. One spine. Protect them.

25/02/2026

At the beginning of 2026, we made a call, and you answered.

We received an incredible response to our medical outreach program. After a thorough screening process, 250 cataract patients were selected and grouped into phases for structured and quality care.

We are pleased to share that the first phase has been successfully completed. The second and third phases will be conducted soon, and communication will be made directly to the selected patients.

Thank you for trusting Nile International Hospital with your health. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of care at every stage.

Physiotherapy isn’t just for injuries, far from it.

Many people think physiotherapists only treat sports injuries or post-accident cases. The truth is, physiotherapy supports people at different stages of life, including pregnancy.

Expectant mothers can book pregnancy physiotherapy sessions to help reduce back and pelvic pain, improve posture, strengthen key muscles, and better prepare the body for labour and recovery.

The right guidance and exercises can make a real difference in comfort, confidence, and delivery outcomes.

Physiotherapy is not just about recovery; it’s about preparation, prevention, and better living.
