HABITS WHICH AFFECTS DENTITION

1-Thumb sucking --children who still suck their fingers or thumbs after their permanent teeth could be causing permanent change that affect tooth and jaw structures i.e misalignment of teeth.

2- Tongue thrusting - this normally causes open bites in some people.

3- Brushing too hard-- this wears down enamel,irritate your gums,make your teeth sensitive and even cause cavities.

4--Jaw clenching and tooth grinding -- this causes micro fractures or actual fractures in your teeth due to severe amount of pressure on your teeth.

5-- pencil parking in between your teeth and crunching on ice.

6 -- Nail biting-- this can cause your teeth to move out of place,in addition it could potentially cause the break on tooth enamel to splinter.

We all know that lack of teeth causes -malnutrition because u can't chew food very well,- facial deformity,- affects yo beauty bcoz u can't smile,- affects yo speech whereby words can't come out very well etc,but all in all u can avoid all those issues by replacing these missing teeth.And keve dental clinic can do that for u ,thx
