Burnout is real. We live in a world that praises hyperproductivity. This is because we are living in a capitalist world where we have been indoctrinated to provide labour for personal gain of the 1% (the richest people in the world who exert major influence). At the end of the day, always remember that the company/office/hospital will always prioritise their goals over your mental health. Remember that rest is rejuvenation. Rest is healing. Rest is essential. You deserve to prioritize yourself too.
