Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Identify and prospect potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the healthcare industry.
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our medical devices and supplies.
5. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, offering appropriate product recommendations and pricing.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
2. Strong knowledge of medical devices, equipment, and supplies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
4. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Proficient in using Micro soft office, internet tools and other sales tools.
7. Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and industry events.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
