Fistula can be widely avoided or prevented because its an emotional challenge where there's breakage o marriage where there's isolation where there's body odour where there's skin irritations and poverty.

1 let women love themselves first take care of there well being and pregnancies.

2 schools shd get currier guidance abt s*x talk as a subject to students and let them not be a fraid.

3 lets teach the women abt prenatal health care to have access to only skilled birth attendants with emergency obstetric care.

4 through family planning the government shd make it free all through.

5 timely access to hospital moment u feel different during pregnancy.

With these factors fistula can be widely avoided.

The greatest gift of human life is to birth a soul. My warmest wishes to all the midwives all over the world. To all the midwives have worked with will take the best wishes Mrs Nassuna and all her staff at Kasangati Health Center IV over 100 women a week give birth you do an incredible job.
The midwives at Kitovu Hospital masaka over 100 per week women give birth thanks for ur resilience and hardwork. The miwives at Kiswa Bugolobi job well done!!!. last but not least working with the midwives at Masaka Regional Referal hospital with the head maternity Mrs Kintu and all her staff the senior nurses nursing ssistants and all the interns it was an incredible journey may you see light and shine forth always. Happy midwives day and week ahead
