To accurately measure your blood pressure, sit comfortably with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and rest your arm on a table at heart level with the cuff properly placed on your bare up- per arm, ensuring it's snug but not too tight; avoid talking or moving while the reading is taken, and ideally, take multiple readings after a brief resting period; always use the same arm for consistency.
