Cancer is on the rise.

1 in 3 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.

Sadly many will be dead 5 years later.

This seems like a simple statistic until that becomes you or someone you love.

Cancer risk can be reduced. Today is world cancer day. Let’s raise awareness against cancer.

For a start, here are foods that help prevent cancer.

1. Cruciferous vegetables- broccoli, collards, cauliflower
2. Onions, garlic
3. Turmeric, ginger
4. Dark berries- blue, black etc
5. Mushrooms
6. Matcha and green tea
