About the Role
Weβre seeking a dynamic Biomedical Sales Executive/Radiographer to drive sales of cutting-edge medical equipment (Radiology/Dialysis/Surgical/Lab products). If youβre a medical professional with a passion for sales and relationship-building, this is your chance to grow with a thriving team!

Key Responsibilities
1. Generate leads, Sales of equipment and managing your product line.
2. Maintain and monitor existing customers.
3. Recruit new customers to increase the customer base.
4. Maintain good relationships and contact with customers.
5. Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets, monthly and quarterly target for the product line.
7. Carry out market analysis from time to time or as requested by the line manager or management.
8. Reach out to Health Facilities and other medical professionals through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships.
9. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients taking care of terms of the agreement and post-contract formalities.
10. Support to obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
11. Knowledgeable about the product offerings, services and unique benefits provided by competitors and other relevant companies.
12. Work closely with departments of purchase, sales, operations and strategy to implement effective plans and strategies.
13. Analyze market trends and conditions to understand where opportunities for networking and business-building may arise.
14. Write technical report/Accessories and consumables (Inspection report) upon receiving the items.
15. In house sales on Equipment.
16. Follow up on Customers about the quotation.
17. Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Continuing Medical Education (CMEs)
18. Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
19. Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
20. Follow up the HR booklet instructions and adhere to it.
21. Carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
π Requirements
1. Bachelorβs degree in a Medical Field (Radiography, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, etc.).
2. At least 1+ years in medical sales (Radiology/Dialysis/Surgical/Lab products preferred).
3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and technical reporting skills.
5. Ability to travel for client visits and CMEs.
