These are really good.

1. Avocados
2. Olives
3. Guava
4. Pomegranate
5. Coconut
6. Bananas
7. Jackfruit (fene)
8. Berries especially dark ones
9. Orange ones- mangoes, pawpaw
10. Citrue fruits like oranges, lemons

Eat more fruit. But,

1. Eat them whole
2. Look for those in season
3. Choose natural and unmodified fruits
4. Be active and exercise so you can use the sugars they contain.
