Ugandans/world, new Ebola cases in Uganda were expected. Donโ€™t panic.

These early contacts were initially not on Ebola alert, so some infections were always likely. A few more like these could still happen. But not to worry.

Why? These are known contacts already under monitoring. Detection means our surveillance is working.

Once symptomatic, these patients are isolated early and given the best treatment, making risk of further spread very low.

Soon, Ebola will be no more in UG

Rather eat 90% of your food from plants and no more than 10% from animals.

Whatever the source, always try to make sure it is natural, unrefined, whole and naturally grown food.

Worse if you add cow's milk regularly.

For breakfast eat more whole fruit, whole grains like maize & porridge or even veggie smoothies with nuts and seeds. Please no sugar.

1. Drink lots of water
2. Take 2 tablespoons of honey
3. Have a very cold shower.

When you eat after 9pm the food takes much longer to digest, you don't sleep as well and you feel more tired in the morning.

Let's all try to eat by 7.30 to 8.00pm.

If you do eat late, avoid heavy carb and starchy foods like potatoes, rice, cassava etc.

You can get rid of it.

1. Sleep more
2. Quit sugar, soda, beer
3. Fast 14 to 16 hours daily
4. Commit to daily exercise
5. Reduce posho, white rice and carb rich foods

A big belly is a sign of disease not money.
