You cannot say you truly love your child yet continue to frequently buy and feed them on junk food and foods that cause disease and cancer like sausages, deep fried chips & chicken, soda etc

Sadly, a child cannot outgrow the effects of poor feeding. Effects last into adulthood.

Biggest culprits are sugar and soda...

Pain in the calf muscle (the muscle on the back of the lower leg) can sometimes be caused by a clot.

If you ever get shortness of breath after getting calf pain it could be a clot that has moved to the lungs (pulmonary embolism) which often kills.

Never take calf pain lightly especially if you are sedentary, travel a lot or are immobile due to injury or sickness.

Clots can be treated and death prevented if you seek care in a timely manner.

But, it starts with being able to identify a potential problem.
