Excessive sitting, even if you work out, can still harm your health.

It’s important to combine exercise with regular movement, standing and move for a few minutes every hour.

S*x is good for health but it doesn’t count as as exercise.

You still need to get 2 to 3 hours of exercise a week no matter how much s*x you have.😊

Adding some seeds (e.g. chia seeds), tomatoes or an egg makes it even healthier.

I like spelt bread because more and more of our wheat, even whole wheat, is being shown to be bad for our digestive system and to drive inflammation.
