Position Summary for Cashier / Accounts Clerk:
This position provides an exciting opportunity for a career-seeking Accounts Clerk to work and thrive in one of the most unique medical group in the United States.
Our growing company is looking for a reliable and extremely detail oriented Accounts Clerk to work closely with our Staff Accountant on day-to-day
accounting activities. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who has a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Specific Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
• Operates a register and handles cash and credit card transactions
• Greet and assists customers while anticipating their needs
• Count, organize, and balance cash drawer; fill out the cashier slip; and make deposits
• Adheres to cash handling policies and procedures
• Ensures security of company assets
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
• Protect the company by keeping information confidential
• Follow company’s established accounting processes and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Assist with A/P activities
• Ensure backup of all transactions
• Prepare all documentation for transactions such as verifying, scanning, filing, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks are a must
• Other applicable duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Basic math and counting skills required
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 Kgs.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evening and weekends
• Previous Healthcare experience is a plus

Job Title: Dentist

Job Summary: Dentist will diagnose, treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. He/she will clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the patient’s teeth and mouth are healthy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meeting with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, performing regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a plan for better dental hygiene.
• Performing dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
• Correcting bite issues and overcrowding.
• Applying helpful agents to teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.
• Prescribing medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics.
• Giving clients sedatives or anesthesia prior to administering treatments.
• Ordering diagnostic measures, such as x-rays, models, etc.
• Using tools, such as drills, probes, brushes, or mirrors, to examine and treat teeth and mouth.
• Keeping records relating to the oral health of patients and the treatments given to them.
• Managing and communicating with other staff members to provide care to patients.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Diploma in Public Health Dentistry.
• S/he must be registered with the relevant professional body.
• He/she must have at least 2 years’ practice as a Public Health Dental Officer

Other qualities are:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in various MS office packages and working knowledge of English and local language(s) are crucial.
• Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Must be flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure.
• Evidence of a non-judgmental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified Lab Technician to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature. He/she will be handling sensitive equipment to analyze samples or substances and conduct tests reporting findings to a laboratory manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
• Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings
• Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods
• Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions
• Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
• Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment
• Other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The applicant should hold a Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology from a recognized institution with at least two years working experience in a busy Diagnostic/research laboratory environment.
• Evidence of prior training in relevant techniques will be an added advantage.
• Ability to professionally communicate in writing and verbally or other means deemed appropriate.
• The incumbent is also expected be able to sit/ stand for extended periods of time.
• The Laboratory Technician must be aware of the logistics used in the laboratory and be conscious of laboratory issues at hand. This is also true for all equipment used regardless of who is responsible.
