IMMEASURABLY MORE
What’s the boldest prayer you can think to pray? Or the most incredible thing you can dare to imagine?

Did you know that God can top it?

Paul said it like this:

“NOW TO HIM WHO IS ABLE TO DO IMMEASURABLY MORE THAN ALL WE ASK OR IMAGINE, ACCORDING TO HIS POWER THAT IS AT WORK WITHIN US …” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬ ‭

You know those QUIET DREAMS IN YOUR HEART? GOD PUT THEM THERE. You know THAT ACHE FOR SOMETHING BETTER than this broken world? GOD GAVE YOU THAT DESIRE. You know the DEEPEST LONGINGS OF YOUR SOUL? GOD KNOWS HOW TO FULFILL THEM.

Like Paul said, GOD CAN DO MORE THAN WE ASK OR IMAGINE, but we also must remember the second part of his words: ACCORDING TO HIS POWER AT WORK WITHIN US.

It’s all God’s power and His plan. But He has invited us into it.

So what’s our part in this process?

We can give glory to Him—knowing that it’s Him who gives us the desire and power to do what pleases Him (Philippians 2:13). He created us, loves us, and has entrusted us with sharing His message with the world.

We can SUBMIT OURSELVES TO HIS PLAN —knowing that it’s all God, but He chooses to work in and through His people to accomplish His purposes. He doesn’t need us to be perfect, He just wants us to be willing.

We can trust Him with the process—knowing that He is good, righteous, worthy, strong, and eternal. We don’t have to know all the answers because we already have Him, and HE CAN DO MORE THAN WE CAN ASK OR IMAGINE.

Prayer
God, thank You that You've already gone before me. I'm trusting that You are continually working—for my good and Your glory. Your ways are always higher, Your resources are unlimited, and nothing is too difficult for You. I know that You are good, and worthy of all my honor and praise! In Jesus’ name, Amen. Father, WE THANK YOU. With our children, children's children, families, and friends, we prayerfully RECEIVE the message of Hope, 'A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH.' We pray, CONTINUALLY REMIND US of the NEW HEAVEN, NEW EARTH. Where THERE WILL BE NO sadness, darkness, or pain, THE OLD THINGS, would have passed. There we shall ENJOY EVERLASTING JOY. Amen.

*"SURELY"*

Psalm 5:12, NIV - SURELY, LORD, YOU BLESS THE RIGHTEOUS; YOU SURROUND THEM WITH YOUR FAVOR AS WITH A SHIELD.

David could have just said, “Lord, you will bless the righteous.” But he added the word “SURELY.” He was saying, “I’m absolutely convinced that You will bless me. I’m fully persuaded that what You promised is on the way.” You need to have some “SURELY ”s. “SURELY, I’ll get well. SURELY, I’ll pay my house off. SURELY, I’ll meet the right person. SURELY, this problem is turning around. SURELY, new doors are opening. SURELY, I’ll come through this crisis better than I was before.” It’s not, “Maybe…there’s a good chance, if the medicine works, if I get the promotion, or if these people like me.” No, you need to add the surely; you have to be convinced.

If you have the “if”s, you’re going to talk yourself out of it. “SURELY ” means giving up is not an option, not believing is not something you even consider. Your face is set. You’re not moved by negative reports, not discouraged by how impossible it looks, not complaining about how long it’s taking. You know what God promised is on the way.

Prayer for Today: Father, thank You that You have put Your favor upon me and that it surrounds me as with a shield at all times. Thank You that You are surely going to bless me. I am fully persuaded that what You promised is on the way. In Jesus’ Name, Amen."

*YOU ’RE ONLY IN THE MIDDLE*

If you are in THE MIDDLE OF DIFFICULTIES and all you see is the opposition, how big the obstacles are, how bad the problem is, DON'T PANIC. Don’t let thoughts tell you it’s never going to work out. Today’s Scripture says that if you’re not seeing the victory yet, the truth is that it’s ONLY THE MIDDLE. YOUR TIME IS COMING. God wouldn’t have allowed it if it was going to keep you from your destiny. Now KEEP THE RIGHT PERSPECTIVE.

You’re not just fighting an illness or struggling in your finances, YOU'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A MIRACLE. GOD IS IN THE PROCESS OF TURNING YOUR SITUATION AROUND.

Your story doesn’t end in defeat. God is about to do a new thing. HEALING is coming. PROMOTION is coming. OPPORTUNITIES are coming. THE RIGHT PEOPLE ARE COMING.

God is your source. When you keep God first place, when you honor Him with your life, you are connected to a supply line that will never run dry. You will see SUPERNATURAL PROVISION AND VICTORY THAT WILL AMAZE YOU.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that when I put You first and am doing the right thing, You make the right things fall into place. Thank You that I can take steps of faith and keep moving forward, expecting to see turnarounds. I believe that I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A MIRACLE. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

“EVEN IF THAT PERSON WRONGS YOU SEVEN TIMES A DAY and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, YOU MUST FORGIVE.” Luke 17:4, NLT

*LIVE UNOFFENDED*

In Luke 17, Jesus was preparing His disciples to GO OUT and DO GREAT THINGS. He could have taught them about having more faith for bigger impact, but He said, “Offenses will surely come.” He was saying, “As you go through life, offenses will come your way from rude coworkers, family members who don’t believe in you, and friends who walk away.” Jesus gave them this somber news, then He gave them the solution. “IF YOUR BROTHER WRONGS YOU SEVEN TIMES A DAY, FORGIVE THEM. LIVE UNOFFENDED.”

What He is talking about is CONTINUAL FORGIVENESS. He’s saying that you can’t let OFFENSES come in and POISON YOUR SPIRIT. You have to DEAL WITH THE HURT QUICKLY. The longer you wait, the more difficult it is to release it. If you dwell on it for a day, think about it for a month, it’ll get bigger and become more hurtful. You’ll be sour, short with people, irritable, and not enjoy your family. That could have all been avoided if you would have forgiven quickly. Don’t let offenses take root and contaminate your life.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that I can guard my heart and keep it free FROM ALL THE NEGATIVE THINGS that try to bait me to let them enter in. I declare that I will not allow offenses to get inside and make me upset and bitter. I declare that I will live unoffended and continually forgive. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

A GREAT LIGHT

Have you ever known a deep darkness? Most of us have—at one point or another. But there's A GREAT LIGHT THAT CHANGES THE WAY WE SEE.

Peppered throughout the Old Testament are prophecies regarding future events. And recorded in the book of Isaiah is a glimpse into a future hope…

“The people who walk in darkness WILL SEE A GREAT LIGHT. For those who live in a land of deep darkness, A LIGHT WILL SHINE.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

In the verse preceding this one, the text explains that sometime in the future, these “people who walk in darkness,” from "Galilee of the Gentiles," WILL BE FLOODED WITH LIGHT. (The word "Gentiles" is a term for non-Jews, representing an eclectic mix of other nations.)

Israel was God’s chosen nation through which the Savior of the world would be born. But even Abraham, who’s considered the father of the Jewish people, was told by God that all families and nations of the earth would also be blessed through his descendants (see Genesis 12:2-3; 22:18).

This prophecy was fulfilled in Jesus Christ, the Messiah. But when He showed up on the scene, He was rejected by His own people—mostly because He didn’t show up in the way they’d imagined. He was, however, surprisingly accepted by many once-faithless Gentiles.

God shares more about this in Isaiah 49:6, when speaking about the prophesied Savior:

“You will do more than restore the people of Israel to me. I WILL MAKE YOU A LIGHT TO THE GENTILES, and you will bring my salvation to the ends of the earth.”
Isaiah‬ ‭49:6‬ ‭NLT‬‬

And in the New Testament, Matthew cited Isaiah 9:1-2 when writing about Jesus’ ministry near the Sea of Galilee, where many Gentiles lived. He understood it to be the fulfillment of God’s words through the prophet Isaiah.

It’s a beautiful reminder that no matter who you are, where you live, what you look like, your history or heritage, or how deep the darkness around you can feel, A GREAT LIGHT HAS COME. It pierces the darkness, eradicates shadows, and BRINGS LIFE TO ALL that it touches.

THAT GREAT LIGHT IS JESUS, and HE ALONE IS OUR HOPE. We were once in darkness, but NOW WE HAVE LIGHT.

Prayers
Jesus, thank You for BEING THE GREATEST LIGHT OF ALL —one that expels the deepest darkness. Thank You for allowing us to represent You on earth, and for giving us the Holy Spirit to help us live a life that honors You.
