Dorcas Foundation Uganda The Dorcas Foundation is a Charity organization that empowers disabled children and their immediate family to sustain a fair standard of living.

Dorcas Foundation was started by Mr. Patrick Sekabira after several years of raising his daughter Dorcas who was born both deaf and blind. At Dorcas Foundation Uganda, we seek to improve the living conditions of children and youth with disabilities including their immediate families/guardians within poor communities in Uganda.
