HENAE realized that they were many orphans/widows, persons with disabilities and elders who were left unattended to due to lack of help in many district in Uganda, most especially in the remote rural areas. It was also realized that large number of children had dropped out of school were inadequately facilitated with school requirements. The peasant/farmers were under extreme poverty (not able to meet their basic needs). There is high level of ignorance, illiteracy, multi-nutrition, diseases, evil and crimes. High school drop outs leading to cases of defilement, pre-mature pregnancies, high rate of domestic violence among communities and high HIV/Aids due to lack of awareness with several associated problems
Unemployment, luck of serious entrepreneurships skills and most youth resorted getting casual laborers jobs for survival. SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS
HENAE observed that most youths and orphans were idle and disorderly. As a result they get involved themselves with dubious acts like drug abuse, alcoholism, rape and others. The orphans and other vulnerable groups lacked skills and knowledge to be utilized in improving their livelihoods and household incomes. In education sector, Uganda went thorough tremendous changes right from 1979 when most education institution in Uganda virtually collapsed up to 1980 due to government poor planning. Therefore, the education sector had fallen living many youths need of primary education, secondary and tertiary institution education. However, hope in 2014 came up with the aim and goals in addressing the gap under the below areas;
• Improve primary education sponsorship,
• UPE, improve secondary education
