I am grateful to have shared my thoughts on why mental health remains a ghost concept in Ugandan sport.

We need to build knowledge around this concept to improve overall well being and performances.

Thank you Hope Ampurire for collecting my thoughts for The New Vision.

Huge thanks to Coach Baraka and the Sports department at St. Johns SS, Mukono for the opportunity to lead a Sport Psychology session for the cricket teams yesterday, alongside Victoria Pearls star and former captain Consy Aweko.

It was a fantastic experience working with such a talented group of cricketers - focusing on strategies to enhance their game both on and off the pitch. I am excited to see them grow and further develop their skills.

I enjoyed working with the group. Looking forward to supporting them further.

It was an absolute pleasure to support the Victoria Pearls during their second ever appearance at the Global Qualifiers for the Women’s T20 Cricket World Cup in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The tour was exciting but challenging and I learned lots of lessons that have already informed my service delivery.

Thank you to Uganda Cricket Association for the opportunity to further support the team, and, Optimise Potential, Dr. Hannah Stoyel, Louise Bryne, Tim Harper and Shameema Yousuf for the professional guidance.

It was a pleasure to offer Sport Psychology support to the national Lady Cranes Rugby 7s team that is preparing for the Monaco World Rugby Sevens Repechage (21-23 June) - the final qualification tournament for the upcoming Olympics Games Paris 2024.

The team is in good spirits and they are working to become the one women’s team that will qualify. Special thanks to Uganda Rugby Union for the opportunity to support but also Optimise Potential, Dr. Hannah Stoyel, Serena McLeod , Louise Bryne, Shameema Yousuf for professional guidance.
