RUCEFO is a not for profit Community Based Organization formed in the year 2021 and it is registered in Masaka District under registration number MC/KK/8001/2022. The idea of starting RUCEFO was conceived by three brothers with a philanthropic heart; Trinity, Michael, Daniel who are Primary, University, High school teachers respectively by profession. Their mission was changing livelihoods of basically needy people including orphans, children from poor families, youth, widows/women and elderly people in the communities they reside.
