a. we execute and achieve high standards of professional performance through design, implementation, maintenance and supervision of engineering works and any other works as described in the underlying objectives. we handle any contract/subcontract business involving construction and/or maintenance/renovation/rehabilitation of building projects of any scope and type. we manage and oversee contracts/subcontracts involving roads/highway construction, detailed designs/surveys and maintenance works for both government and/or private works including the accompanying structures like bridges, drainage structures, traffic control systems (traffic lights) etc. we carry on the business of water resources engineering by acquiring the award of contracts in the specified field like construction/maintenance of gravity water flow schemes, pumped water supply systems and any other related works. we get the award of contracts/subcontracts in the sector of public health engineering which include construction of sewerage systems, sewage treatment systems, garbage collection and many others that fall under this sector. we carry on business on projects requiring/involving structural analysis and design of engineering structures to meet the requirements of the design codes/standards for the structures being designed. we handle contracts that require the expertise and skills in performing the works of geotechnical investigation/engineering
h. we carry on business which involves mechanical works like construction/raising of telecommunication masts, repairs of machinery, construction of billboards and dam construction works. we handle all the works that involve production of architectural designs in all sectors of engineering for structures like buildings, bridges, dams etc. j. we implement contracts that require the knowledge and expertise in cost engineering for preparation of bills of quantities or production of any required cost estimation of any scope and type of works. k. we carry on the business of consultancy works which may involve supervision, EIA, architectural/structural design, laboratory tests, detailed surveys, geotechnical site investigation and quantity surveying services. l. we carry on the business of general motors, electrical engineers, plumbers and glass fitters and any other business which may conveniently be carried on connection therewith. m. we deal in real estate development for purposes of selling, leasing and letting to individuals, companies and Government parastatals. n. we buy, own and manage property for the benefit of the company. o. we act as Real estate brokers between any business transactions which involve buying, selling and/or renting of land, estates/buildings and any other property. p. we carry on the business of supply of hardware materials/equipment like reinforcement bars, steel, glass, sanitary fittings etc. and other building materials like coarse and fine aggregates, burnt clay products, timber etc. q. we carry on the business of importers and/or dealers in all kinds of machinery, engineering plant implements, utensils, appliances apparatus, fuel for all kinds of engines, lubricants, batteries and accessories, cookers, refrigerators and every kind of equipment/appliances. r. we import, act as manufacturers’ agents and/ or deal in all kinds of plant, equipment machinery and all types of tractors, trucks, heavy duty vehicles and accessories and appliances generally used by civil engineers in construction and building works. s. we carry on the business of wholesale and retail as dealers in ironmongery, turnery, household fittings, and utensils; and also as dealers in hardware and tools of every description including goods of metal, pottery, glass, electrical appliances, wiring; wireless apparatus and such other goods as are usually dealt within a business of hardware merchants. t. To handle any business involving selling or buying of agricultural products like coffee, beans, maize, groundnuts, garlic etc. by opening up of cooperatives and stores, most especially in the rural areas. Farmers are expected to provide the market as suppliers. u. we establish and carry on the business of manufacturing bricks, cement blocks, precast concrete products, tiles, earth ware, China terra corra, any other clay products and ceramics of all kinds. v. we carry on the business of glass blowing, manufacture, bevellers, patent severer, glass embossers, lead-workers, glass tablets, show card and show case manufacturers, glass importers and exporters. w. we prepare for market, manufacture, sale, import, export and deal in timber products, carpentry varnish goods with the aim of getting doors, windows, beds, desk and other varnish products. x. we carry on the business of railway or other wagon or railway or other coach builders, carriage car, cart and wagon or other vehicle builders, iron founders, mechanical engineers and manufacturers of implements and machinery, iron and brass founders, metal workers, boilers, millwrights, mechanists, smith, woodworkers builders, painters, engineers gas makers, furniture and cabinet makers and general mechanists. To build, construct, maintain, alter, enlarge, pull down and remove or replace any buildings, factories, mill machinery, engines, wall fences, banks, dams, sluices or water course and to clear sites for the same to join with any person, firm or company in doing any of the things aforesaid and to work, manage and control the same or join with others in so doing. y. we own, hold, buy, and sell, market, trade or otherwise deal in equipment, utilities, machinery, utensils, gadgets and anything deemed to be proper for effective carrying out of the objectives of the company. z. we acquire and undertake the whole or any part of the business good-will and assets of any person, firm, or company carrying on or proposing to carry on as part of the consideration for such acquisition to undertake all or any of the liabilities of such person, firm or company or to acquire an interest in amalgamation with, or enter into any arrangement for sharing profits, or for corporation or for limiting competition, or for mutual assistance with any such person, firm or company.
