Hey everyone, this is a hint on where you can get eye health services.

1. All district hospitals
2. All regional referral hospitals
3. Benedictine eye hospital in Tororo
4. Mengo hospital eye department
5. Rubaga hospital eye department
6. Mulago national referral hospital
7. Ruharo eye care center in mbarara.
8. Dr. Agarwals eye hospital

There are many optical centers in Kampala metropolitan area
They are many... I cant name them all
But just comment where you are and I advise you.

Disclaimer....there are many eye care centers in the city, I just posted the ones I could remember.

Traditional eye medicines (TEM) will burn your eyes and cause ulcers. Many times you will lose your eye due to complications.
When you get an eye problem, avoid TEM.

Point to remember, if you're diabetic, hypertensive or living positive; and you have never had an eye check up, do it early on Monday at the nearest eye care health facility or department.
