2. Check for your blood glucose levels.
3. Monitor your blood pressure.
4. Monitor your Weight and height (body mass index - BMI).
5. Do kidney (Renal) and Liver Function Tests. Check for the health of your Kidneys and Liver.
6. Be sure of your HIV status; Hepatitis B.
7. know your blood iron levels/haemoglobin
8. Have a complete blood count doone aka CBC
*Men (45 years and above)*
1. Check for prostate cancer - your (PSA) levels. Let’s encourage our fathers, relatives; friends to do so, otherwise prostate cancer will get them unaware🙏.
*Women (25 years and above)*
1. Check for cervical cancer at least every after 3 - 5 years.
2. Learn more on self breast examination.
