Sand play serves as a therapeutic outlet for children with special needs, fostering sensory integration, fine motor skill development, creativity, and social interaction, while also providing a calming and soothing experience that can help reduce anxiety and stress.

Yesterday's unforgettable Friday celebration brought together the vibrant spirits of Angel's Center, student interns from the Netherlands, our neighboring high school, and partner organization, uniting in a beautiful display of compassion, joy, and inclusivity, as we came together to champion the rights and dignity of children with disabilities, and in doing so, reminded us all of the transformative power of love, kindness, and acceptance.

Play is indeed a fundamental aspect of childhood development, particularly for children with special needs.
Play can be used therapeutically to support children with special needs, helping them develop specific skills or work through challthrouging play into their lives, children with special needs can experience numerous benefits that support their overall development and well-being.
