Surely the field is too disappointing! There's a huge number of medics on the street, but employing them is a challenge. They seem to prioritize their desired salary over their practical capabilities, particularly in terms of the quality required in serious private health facilities. It's actually hard for a good medic to remain unemployed. Similarly, a good health facility with quality services will struggle to close its business. By a good medic, we mean someone who is skilled, well-behaved, and self-motivated. Such an individual will always have job opportunities, whether they choose to accept or decline them. This is precisely what we need in private practice; anything less will result in unemployment. Medics have been in the field for years but struggle to perform what they studied. The emphasis on compulsory sciences may seem beneficial, but it creates pseudo-scientists. One must be naturally inclined towards science to excel in it. Real scientists quickly grasp new scientific procedures and possess high common sense. They are naturally busy, well-behaved, and trainable. KTMH
