Our four-legged “new hire” who tried to clock in at Mason Dermatology today worked a full shift! He greeted patients at the door, and collecting his pay in the form of treats and belly rubs. 🐶💼💕
By the end of the day, this hardworking pup officially got back home to his loving family 🏡❤️ Best first (and last) day on the job ever!

Avery, your hard work, kindness, and bright spirit have left such a mark on all of us here at the office. While we’ll miss seeing you every day, we couldn’t be prouder of you and the journey you’re beginning.

Neighborhood Black Bear Spotted at Mason Dermatology 🐻🩺

After a long season of roaming the woods of Greenwood and bare-ly wearing sunscreen, our local black bear decided it was time for a check-up! He wandered into Mason Dermatology this morning for a full skin exam—because even forest dwellers know that sun safety is no joke. 🌞

He may be covered in fur, but he’s paws-itively serious about skin health. We hear he asked Dr. Mason if bear moles are a thing… 🧐

Friendly reminder: If the bear can make time for a skin check, so can you. 🐾

Today we’re celebrating our amazing provider, Christopher Martin, PA-C, who’s officially 50 years young and still outpacing us all (both in clinic and in skin care advice). 😎

Whether he’s catching suspicious spots with the speed of a biopsy ninja or delivering the daily sunscreen sermon, Christopher brings expert care, sharp instincts, and a great sense of humor to every exam room.

From freezing off warts to talking patients out of tanning beds, he’s the skin-saving superhero we’re lucky to work with every day.

Here’s to 50 years of wisdom, laughter, and SPF 50! Happy birthday, Christopher! We promise to try and reapply every 2 hours today in your honor. 😉

Mason Dermatology has some exciting news to share! Our new website is finished and has launched! Patients can now download their paperwork, get directions to the office, and see what services we provide.

Our online payment option is still “under construction” but it won’t be long before that goes live as well!

Mason Dermatology is a full-service dermatology and surgical practice including Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstruction for the treatment of skin cancer.

Not only is it her birthday tomorrow, but she just graduated with her bachelors degree, along with her husband Jeremy, who graduated too.

We are beyond proud of you both and so lucky to have such hardworking, inspiring people in our lives. Your drive, leadership, and big hearts keep everything running smoothly here at the office and now you’re both stepping into a whole new chapter with degrees in hand!
