We are a newly renovated Long Term Skilled Nursing Facility. We have an extensive Therapy department that can offer therapy 7 days a week for our residents.

We also have the capability to offer Short term rehab & out patient rehab as well.

Come one, come all! On Thursday, October 30th, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, we're celebrating a fun-filled evening of costumes, candy, and community spirit! 🍬✨

This year, we're excited to host a Costume Contest, judged by our wonderful residents! Both the First and Second Place winners will receive a special Boo Basket!

Parents, be sure to watch for a call on October 31st—your child’s name will be called to pick up their Boo Basket after school, and we'll take a picture to capture the fun! 📸

Whether you're dressing up as a superhero, a princess, or something spooky, we can't wait to see your creativity shine. 🌟🧟‍♂️🧙‍♀️

🌟 Meal of the Month at Glen Eagle! 🌟

Our residents truly loved this month's delicious selection: Juicy steak, crispy bacon, creamy mac and cheese, and a fresh loaded salad—everyone’s favorite! 🥩🥓🧀🥗

Plus, our Cooking Club had a fantastic time making Monkey Bread, it was the perfect finishing touch!

Thanks to everyone who joined in and made this month’s meals so special. Stay tuned for next month’s culinary delights!

Tonight, our residents enjoyed an incredible 4th of July fireworks show! A huge thank you to Freedom Fireworks in Hazelhurst for your generous donation and for helping us create special memories. Seeing the smiles on our residents’ faces made this celebration truly unforgettable.

🍎🥧 Delicious Moments at Glen Eagle! 🥧🍦

Our residents enjoyed a delightful homemade apple pie paired with creamy ice cream during our Friday Cooking Club! The turnout was fantastic, and the smiles were even better. 😊

A huge thank you to our talented dietary staff and activities team for making this event so special. We love seeing our community come together to share good food and great company!
