Feeling nauseous or dealing with vomiting and not sure where to go? Here’s a quick guide to help you decide ⬇️

Urgent Care is a good option for:
• Mild to moderate nausea or vomiting
• Symptoms lasting a short time
• Suspected stomach bug or food-related illness
• Dehydration concerns without severe symptoms

Go to the Emergency Room if you have:
• Severe or nonstop vomiting
• Signs of dehydration like confusion, dizziness, or very little urine
• Vomiting blood or dark material
• Severe abdominal pain or a high fever
