🏠 Home health care can reduce hospital readmissions by up to 25% – an impact we’re so proud to make! Our incredible team of nurses, aides, therapists, social workers, and support staff goes above and beyond every day for patients and families.

🚗 Here’s what we’ve accomplished this year (FY24):

Greenwood Branch: 65,274 home visits and 1,104,019 miles traveled.
Abbeville Branch: 39,346 home visits and 411,625 miles traveled.

A shelter is open at the Greenwood Family YMCA (1760 Calhoun Rd). Pets are not permitted. Please bring any required medications, and while blankets will be provided, we suggest bringing your own for added comfort.
