Stop by all this month to try the brain machine. It's an incredible experience that gives your brain the equivalent of 30 minutes of meditation during a 14-minute cycle. It's almost like a spa treatment for your brain! Appointments will open next week. And they're going to be really easy to book. Brain Intercept is returning to my father, Dr Harvey Hart's original vision, where we set up A system to try to correct damage, prevent damage, and basically biohack the brain to get the absolute most out of it. Like increase memory, focus, intelligence, and decision making power. It's never too early or too late to really get to know the things your brain needs to be at its best!

IMPORTANT if you have a medical file previously from brain intercept, you are absolutely welcome to pick it up. This will no longer be a clinic-based program.

Construction is underway, and training is happening in the next couple of weeks. So we are not far from offering an incredible service to Aberdeen, Brain Intercept moves to the briscoe building. We will work in concert with so many other providers in town doing important work on brain health. You can stop by and see the progress. Outside, you're going to find a fact sheet of what is to come. Stop by anytime during the hours of 10:00 to 7:00. Monday through Thursday, 10:00 to 5:00 on Friday or 10:00 to 3:00 on Saturdays!

Greetings to all who have faithfully continued to follow the Brain Intercept page. I am going through a significant modification of the restructured Brain Intercept part of the evolving, more powerful family of community and professional folks bringing an essential and extremely exciting service to Aberdeen. Brain Intercept began with a dual focus on the medical aspects of diagnosis with recommendations of natural measures to support brain health alongside a powerful occupational therapy assessment and intervention to stabilize brain health in concert with family medical providers. After a difficult and pretty costly few years, I had to reduce the medical component leaving the occupational medical services functioning under Sarah Viola. As Sarah has moved from Aberdeen with her husband accepting a new job in Wisconsin, the occupational therapy component also is now not functioning. I am happy to report that two similarly oriented services are now available and will continue that vital role. They have my full support and blessing. I will share details in future (shorter) posts.
The current Brain Intercept will provide individuals with economical cognitive screening and recommendations for rehabilitation options, brain wellness education that addresses lifestyle modifications, diet and mindfulness measures and the exciting addition of the services of Integrative Psychiatric interventions for the many stress/ depression issues that come with a family member with dementia. The local Alzheimer’s Association representative and the Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce have given powerful support to this uniquely Aberdeen community effort.
So much more to say. I hope this is enough to let everyone know we are alive and well and part of a big team forming up in service of our fellow Aberdeen citizens.

We want to wish Sarah Viola well on her new adventures in Wisconsin. While the Aberdeen Area will miss her skill set greatly, we are beyond thankful for her time here. Her passion for OT and the way she cares with a servant’s heart is beyond appreciated. She is a beautiful soul who poured her time, energy and resources into Brain Intercept, the clients & families she served and to the area. We are all better for knowing her and want her to know how thankful we are for her time here. We wish her all good things for her future - Wisconsin is lucky to be gaining you! 🥰❤️🤩

With the changes happening, Jenn has found a new therapy “home” and will be transitioning to Modern Day Healthcare in Aberdeen. She is excited to be able to continue to provide her quality care at this location. Be watching for announcements through Modern Day Healthcare once the insurance credentialing process is complete and Jenn is ready to treat patients. It should be soon! 🤩

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you, we will be closing at the end of the month.
Since November of 2020, we have served Aberdeen and the surrounding community by helping to support those living with brain related concerns. It has been a pleasure serving our clients and community.

Thank you to the Langford Area School for having us as part of yesterday’s career fair. We had a great time sharing about our profession, what “occupation” means to all ages and how we serve clients in our region.

We love what we do and appreciated the opportunity to share that joy and passion for a helping profession. It was a great way to spend our afternoon!
