What looks like "picky eating" is often something much deeper — sensory sensitivities, rigid routines, or real physical discomfort. It is not a phase to wait out. And it is not a discipline problem.

Most of the families who eventually become our clients
spent months — sometimes years — wondering before they
finally picked up the phone. Wondering if it was
"something." Wondering if they were overreacting.
Wondering if they should wait until kindergarten, until
the next milestone, until something more obvious.
