For me… my joints start to crack and creak more than usual! 😅

Your body needs water to keep tissues hydrated and moving well. If you’re feeling stiff, achy, or extra “poppy,” it might just be your body asking for a little hydration.

In fact, when work is too painful your muscles often guard and tighten more, which makes progress harder.

The best results usually happen when pressure is:

Where's all my people that suffer from tension headaches?

Yes,, yes.. headaches can be caused by so many things, but we see a lot tension headaches that actually begin in the neck and shoulders.

When muscles like the upper traps, suboccipitals, and scalenes stay tight for too long (hello phones, computers.... massage therapists), they can refer pain upward into the head.

Massage can help by:
• Releasing tight neck and various shoulder muscles
• Improving blood flow to the area
• Reducing the constant muscle tension that triggers headaches

Ever notice how sciatica pain shows up in the leg… but the problem often starts somewhere else?

That burning, zapping, or deep ache down the back of the leg is often connected to tight muscles in the back or hips — especially the piriformis and glutes pressing around the sciatic nerve.

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE spring!

More sunshine, warmer days, fresh air, and that feeling of everything coming back to life again. 🌱

Honestly, if you know me (Jolene) at all, I love all the seasons of sun and heat — spring, summer, and all things hot. Give me sunshine anytime!
