Tip of the Day: Joint Health continued- Be patient.
Still not convinced?
A reason the glucosamine treatment might have not “worked” for you previously is because the supplement takes up to 3 weeks to get into your system. Give it another try. You’ll be glad you did!

Tip of the Day: Glucosamine/Chondroitin is safer than NSAIDS!

NSAIDS* are used to help reduce chronic joint pain but can cause some serious side effects with long term use. Multiple studies have proven that glucosamine/chondroitin have absolutely no more side effects than placebo!

Oh, yea! Still talking about decreasing joint pain.
As easy way to remember which glucosamine to get is to remember sulfate with sulfate – glucosamine sulfate with chondroitin sulfate.

Tip of the Day: Give Glucosamine another try.

If you’ve tried joint health supplements before and they didn’t work, chances are you used the wrong type of glucosamine.
Only Glucosamine SULFATE has proven to be effective. Most of what is sold in the U.S. is glucosamine hydrochloride. This type has not shown good results. Buy glucosamine sulfate.
