An evening of heart, strength, real, preserverance and awareness at the Safe Harbor soup and pie event. Thank you Laura Shaw for sharing your story and signing your book that I will have for checkout in the client library. 📖 ⭐️
Thank you to everyone at Safe Harbor for all that you do on a daily and nightly basis and for putting on this event for us to honor survivors and to remember those that have lost their lives to domestic violence.

Mind Counseling was out and about today and made a stop at the little pantry. A great, easy, convenient, no questions asked way to take what you need or leave donations (that are able to be out in the environment)
Did you know that we have this available in Aberdeen??? Right next to Jeff Tveit-Thrivent on 6th and Main!!!
In the same building as Healing Points Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and they are having their fun customer appreciation gathering Thursday 11/13 starting at 4pm. Check out their event page for more details and bring a non-perishable item to donate for an extra 🎟️ for their prize offerings.
Appoise is still having their donation drive going until the 19th to help the sacred heart pantry and donations to help our furry friends at the animal shelter.
Safe Harbor is having their wonderful soup and pie event with survivor testimony Thursday 11/13 at 5:30pm at the AmericInn
And a reminder that over 10+ private practices in Aberdeen are collecting food donations for our area pantries and families in need until Friday the 21st (make sure to see the flyer with all participating locations) Chasing Dandelions Play Therapy & Counseling Services The Healing Practice Conklin Clinics

I feel sooo blessed and incredibly excited to have made it past the interview process to be apart of this Trauma Therapist Institute organizations training program to become an EMDRIA EMDR Consultant In Training ™️
I am excited to create a ripple effect together in my community by providing access to quality, more attainable, collaborative consulting to my fellow emdr therapist in the area!!!
