But even society doesn't know your inner world, such as how you function, what makes you belly laugh and what YOU truly need and when you need it..

Today is National Stillbirth Prevention Day and September is National Stillbirth Awareness Month.

Over 20,000 pregnancies end in stillbirth each year, but we know that 25% of them can be prevented. Today we are recognizing the importance of elevating this crisis, and we invite you to join us in honoring the thousands of families who have been impacted by stillbirth, and supporting efforts to prevent stillbirths and improve birth outcomes for families across the country.

It is such an honor continuing to learn and grow with others just as passionate as myself in helping others find themselves again. Trauma treatment doesn’t have to be scary!! In fact, it can be soooo empowering and freeing!!!! With the right therapist, right support it can mean everything!! Feeling lost? Feeling like something’s not right?
