My story: After MONTHS of chronic back pain and spending thousands of dollars on treatments, therapies, ointments & pills, I finally found something to not only eliminate my pain but also keep it from returning. I was so impressed with what MELT did for my quality of life, that I decided to become a certified instructor. I felt that EVERYONE needed to know that there were options and there was no one teaching anything like this around Aberdeen. Now I have witnessed many people eliminate pain in my workshops and I get emails and texts every week thanking me for changing their lives and that keeps me wanting to learn more and bring more MELT to our community. I have been using MELT as I teach Pilates to improve my attendee's performance and to ensure that they are getting the best possible workout. The results speak for themselves. MELT has been life-changing for me and for my family. I run most of my classes through our local YMCA but am also available for private consultations, group parties and group presentations.
