❤️🐺💛 Welcoming the Next Generation of Nurses! ❤️🐺💛

We’re excited to welcome the first group of Northern State University nursing students to Bethesda! These students will be completing their clinical rotations with our care teams as part of NSU’s brand-new nursing program.

We look forward to having these future nurses on site regularly as they gain hands-on experience and learn from our dedicated staff. It’s a wonderful opportunity to help shape the next generation of caregivers and celebrate our partnership with NSU!

Our team got into the spooky spirit this year with creative costumes and a pumpkin decorating contest that showed off everyone’s imagination and talent! From funny to frightful, the costumes and pumpkins brought smiles to residents, staff, and visitors alike. 🧡

🎃👻 Halloween Fun for All Ages! 👻🎃

Today was filled with spooky smiles and sweet moments as the little ghosts and goblins from The Learning Academy brought their Halloween Parade through Bethesda Home of Aberdeen, Towne Square and Parkside communities! 👦🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️

Residents lit up watching the kids show off their costumes, share treats, and spread so much joy. 🍬💜 It’s always heartwarming to see generations come together to celebrate the fun of the season.

Thank you to The Learning Academy kiddos for making this Halloween extra special! 🧡🕸️

🍂 Favorite Fall Memory – Featuring Mary! 🍁

Mary, a resident at Bethesda Parkside Retirement Community, shared one of her favorite childhood memories of fall — raking up big piles of leaves and jumping right in! Afterward, the whole neighborhood (dogs included!) would gather for a cozy marshmallow and weiner roast. The laughter, the smell of the fire and the joy of everyone coming together made those autumn days extra special.

We love hearing our residents’ favorite memories — they remind us how simple moments often become the most meaningful. ❤️ What is your favorite fall memory?

Our Towne Square assisted living residents have been busy crafting and decorating to welcome the new season. From colorful leaves and pumpkins to cozy autumn touches, their creativity is bringing all the fall vibes to our community! 🍂🧡

We love seeing how their projects brighten up our halls and celebrate the beauty of the season.

🌟 Saturday Fun at BTS! 🌟
This past Saturday, groups from Aldersgate Church joined us at Bethesda Aberdeen to spend time with our residents. 💙 They brought joy, laughter, and meaningful activities that made the day extra special!

We are so thankful for community partners like Aldersgate who share their time and kindness with our residents. 🥰
