BIO:
Amber completed the practical nursing program at Idaho State University in 2001, a background that complements her kind and caring nature, as well as her passion for helping others. In 2012, she became certified as a foot zone practitioner, where her nursing expertise and newfound interest in holistic health came together.

Amber is the creator of Heart and Sole Foot Zone Therapy, where she shares her passion for helping people achieve balance and vitality through foot zoning and educational classes on various health topics. Her own health journey has deepened her understanding of true wellness, motivating her to continue her education in the field.

In addition to her initial foot zone training, Amber further advanced her skills at a second foot zone school, enriching her ability to teach and empower others. Now based in South Dakota with her husband and five children, Amber owns and operates a Foot Zone business and is the founder of an approved Foot Zone Training Program, using specialized course materials and online resources to educate and inspire the next generation of foot zone practitioners.

I have the opportunity to work with the most amazing people. I love what I do!! With that comes goods and bads. The good news is I have clients that love to come regularly. The bad news is that doesn't leave me space anymore to see new clients.
