This Sunday at Kids United…

This week we learned about Jesus’ conversation with Nicodemus. Nicodemus was a religious leader who came to Jesus with questions, and Jesus taught him that people must be born again to enter the kingdom of God. Jesus explained that anyone who believes in Him will receive eternal life.

Jesus showed Nicodemus that salvation does not come from being religious or doing good works. Only through faith in Jesus can we be forgiven of our sins and made new through the Holy Spirit.

✨ MAIN POINT:
Jesus taught that people must be born again to enter the kingdom of God.

💡 CHRIST CONNECTION:
Nicodemus was a religious leader, but he needed to be born again to enter the kingdom of God. Jesus shared how the Spirit causes people to be born again to new life. Anyone who believes in Jesus will be born again and receive eternal life.

Hey parents! We’re getting ready for VBS and could really use your help. We’re looking for donations of cardboard boxes to use for decorations and activities. The bigger the better but any size will work!

If you have any boxes you’d be willing to donate, bring them to the church. The office is open from 9am-1pm Monday-Friday or bring them on Sunday!

This Sunday at Kids United…

This week we learned about Jesus’ first miracle at a wedding in Cana. When the wedding ran out of wine, Jesus changed water into wine and revealed His glory.

This miracle showed that Jesus is more than a teacher or prophet—He is God the Son. Just as the disciples believed in Him, we can believe in Jesus too. He has the power to save us from sin and change our lives.

🌟 Wednesdays at Kids United Recap 🌟

This week we learned an important truth: God cares about our actions! 🙌✨

Through our lesson from Philippians 2, we talked about how our actions show what’s in our hearts. When we follow Jesus, the way we live changes—we don’t just think about ourselves, but we begin to put others first. God calls us to live with humility, which means serving others and showing love even when it’s not easy.

We also learned that because of sin, we naturally want to do things our own way. But God didn’t leave us stuck—He sent Jesus to rescue us. Jesus lived a perfect life, always obeyed God, died for our sin, and rose again. When we trust in Him, He helps us live differently—with actions that are kind, humble, and point others to Him.

📖 Theme Verse:
“For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him who sent me.” — John 6:38

🎉 Parents: Kids who come back and say their theme verse from memory will receive a prize!

This Sunday at Kids United…

This week we learned about Jesus’ first followers. When Jesus called His disciples, they responded by following Him. From the very beginning, Jesus showed that He is the One worth trusting and following with their whole lives.

Jesus still calls people to follow Him today. Everyone who repents, trusts in Him, and believes that He died and rose again is His disciple. Jesus is worth following no matter what we have to leave behind.
