Stuck shoulder? Letβs get that mobility flowing again!!βοΈβ‘οΈπ₯β
Observations: π!
This client has classic symptoms of adhesive capsulitis aka frozen shoulder. The βbeforeβ picture shows a significantly hiked left shoulder, a hyper-activated trapezius, a head tilt to the left, and a rolled frontal posture at the GH joint. She has a limited range of motion and itβs becoming a nuisance in her daily life!
The treatment plan: 60-minute myofascial decompression cupping session.
NOW, what do we see π in the βafterβ pic? The client can naturally stand taller, the head is sitting straighter, the trapezius has released significantly, the soft tissue isn't as stiff/stuck, and it appears supple, pliable, and thinner! Tremendous vasodilation and improved circulation where cups β were applied.
Client and Therapist approved! β
