A week and a half ago, the husband and I were in Austin for a concert. The next day , before we headed home, we ,of course ,had to stop . This beauty came home with me and is now the official shop spirit board. I also had a reading by Alejandro that was spot on, as was his advice. If you've never been, make it a priority to stop in when you are in Austin. They offer classes also and so much more. The City Alchemist family truly understand what it takes to facilitate community.

Thank you to Hoxsey’s Tchotchkes for these beautiful items. We are having a fundraiser for Doc, our reader and energy facilitator. Doc has been a huge supporter of the shop and the community. As a tarot reader, energy facilitator and leader of many memorable journeys. Let's, as a community, show them some love. There will be more items added to the table all proceeds go to Doc. They have been on a complicated medical journey this past year.

My hours are limited this week with Thursday being the only day I will be open. Next week I will be back to regular hours. Thursday , I will stay open until 7pm for those who may need to stop after hours.

Tomorrow, May 1st , marks Beltaine ,the time between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice. This is the time to see the growth of the seeds you have planted for the year. We will not be doing a group ritual this year, however, I am putting together a small Beltaine kit to help you celebrate tomorrow, free of charge. Stop by the shop and ask for one. One per person, supplies are limited , first come first serve.
