Helper by Design I specialize in releasing trapped emotions to restore balance and promote natural healing through energy and quantum principles.

I have been a teacher for 17 years, mostly in kindergarten. The past two years I have taught foster kids with trauma. I read the Emotion Code book by Bradley Nelson 3 years ago and loved it! It has absolutely changed my life! I am now Emotion Code certified and love releasing trapped emotions from others. It is amazing how much energy gets trapped in our bodies that most people have know idea is even possible! I thank God every day for guiding me to the Emotion Code and leading me to help others find some relief.
