10-MINUTE EXERCISE TO GET CLEAR ON YOUR Q4 GOALS & PROJECTS

We've just entered the last quarter of 2023, and there are three months left to achieve what you planned for this year. Now is a great time to pause and take a look at the things you're working on, your projects.

So, what counts as a "project"? Well, it's something with a clear goal that you need more than one work session to finish. It's not just a simple task.

Today, just spend 10 minutes doing these three steps:

** Step #1: Get a piece of paper or open a note-taking app and write down the things you're currently working on—your projects.

** Step #2: Write down what you wanted to achieve this year. What were your goals for 2023?

** Step #3: Now, compare the two lists. Are there any goals that don't have a project connected to them? If so, can you start a new project now to make progress on that goal by the year's end? And if you find that something isn't doable, don't worry. It's okay to admit it and move on instead of feeling bad about it.

Just by writing down your projects and goals, you'll get a clearer picture of what you need to do for the rest of the year.

An old and probably familiar song. Remember He's got your whole world in his hands. Nothing goes on that God doesn't know about. We live in a big world with constant movement. However, God makes time to notice your world. He sees you, he hears you and he loves you.

It's Wednesday today, also hump day. Why, because it's the middle of the work week for most ans It's time to get over that mid week hump. You got this! The weekend is just around the corner. However for some Wednesday is just another day, a church day, etc. What does your "hump" day look like? Whatever it is, I pray it's a good one. Be blessed and try not to stress.
