Educational Group Workshops Starting This September

Join us twice a month on Saturdays from 2–4 PM for free mental health workshops hosted by Texas Family Institute.

These group sessions are open to anyone who has experienced depression, suicidal thoughts, or is simply looking for better ways to manage difficult emotions.
