Big Country Mobile Med is seeking high-performing PRN nurses to join our mobile team during our busiest two months of the year. If you’re reliable, efficient, and take pride in delivering exceptional patient care—this is a lucrative, fast-paced opportunity with real impact.

🔹 What We’re Offering:

✅ $40/hr weekdays | $45/hr weekends
✅ No phone answering, no scheduling headaches—we handle the logistics
✅ $1,000 perfect attendance bonus for showing up and delivering during the full contract. Must work a minimum of 8 shifts in Jan and 8 shifts in Feb. 10-12 hour shifts
✅ Additional bonus potential for those who pick up extra shifts or go above and beyond
✅ All work is in-home, pre-screened, and concierge-style care
✅ Company vehicle, IV supplies, communication tools, and medical malpractice insurance all provided

• Current RN license in good standing with experience—especially ER or critical areas preferred dealing with acute care/minor urgent care style complaints.
• Exceptional IV skills and confident working independently in a mobile setting.
• Availability for 8+ shifts per month (10–12 hours each) during Jan 1–March 1
• 100% reliability and commitment to our patients and schedule
