Take care of your eyes with simple habits:

✅ Follow the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

✅ Blink more often & use artificial tears if eyes feel dry.

✅ Adjust screen brightness, reduce glare, and position your screen at arm's length.

✅ Get regular eye exams!
