In honor of Women's History Month, we'd like to shed light on the inspirational women who lit the path for our wonderful team.

Erika - "When I think about the women who lifted me up and lit my path to becoming a therapist, I think about the collective community of peers and friends who believed in me. To be extraordinary, you only need to show up. Thank you to those women who have shown up for me."

Lauren - "They say the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and I feel that in the way I’ve been shaped by the women in my life.

To my Momma, Grandmothers, Mother-in-Law, Sisters, and community of friends and peers thank you for holding me, strengthening me, and reminding me who I am.

I carry pieces of each of you with me. And because of you, I am more whole."

Krystalle - "I think of women who kept going when life gave them every reason no to. Watching them show up and model what it looks like to be strong and human at the same time inspired my journey to becoming a therapist. I think of my mom."

Honored to have our logo on display at Abilene Regional Airport alongside some other stellar businesses!

Just flew in and out of our local airport this weekend and was so grateful to not have a 3 hour drive after a long weekend of traveling.

Are we “fine”?

Y’all….the temps have not increased enough for us to thaw out and many of the side streets remain unsafe. It has been a wild week. We are so grateful for the flexibility of our team and clients.

We will remain closed WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28th - with the exception of offering telehealth - to continue to prioritize the safety of our clients and our team.

Due to the increasing risk of icy roads re-formulating over night, we have made the decision to remain closed Tuesday, January 27th to prioritize client safety as well as the safety of our clinical team. Please check your portal messages / emails for communication from your provider. You may wish to switch to telehealth or reschedule. Reminders, there are NO LATE CANCEL Fees when we close. We recognize that telehealth is not always a viable option for our clients, especially if the kids are home from school. We wish you continued safety and warmth during this wintery weather season!

Update on inclement weather and road conditions:

Many of our clients have chosen to reschedule and/or cancel for Tuesday, January 27th.

We will continue to offer telehealth sessions and waive any late cancellation fees if clients decide to cancel due to road conditions or kids being out of school.

Just a reminder, we generally follow suit with AISD but as most of our team lives outside the Abilene area, we want to be mindful of their safety as well. We will have a final decision no later than 6PM.

Reminder, as we follow suit with AISD, the physical office will be closed on Monday, January 26th. We expect the snow and ice to continue to accumulate into tomorrow and your safety as well as the safety of our team is important to us.

As we continue to grow and stretch and find ways to meet the needs of our clients and our team, we are delighted to announce that Lauren has been promoted to our ✨ Lead Clinician ✨ role!

Lauren has been a valued member of our team since she started her internship here nearly two years ago. She also served as our administrative assistant for a year and has the knowledge of how our backend processes are developed, implemented, and revised. This experience makes her a well-rounded resource for our interns, our clients, and our practice owner.
