As 2025 draws to a close, it is helpful to look back and notice what went well. While life inherently has hills and valleys, by intentionally noticing what worked, what we learned, and who was in our corner we can begin to rewire our neuropathways in a more adaptive way and create a shift in our overall well-being.

Good morning! Our phone / internet provider was doing some maintenance overnight and unfortunately, they have not fixed all of the issues. Our phones lines are down for the time being. Vexus / Metronet is aware of the issue and it is our understanding is a system wide issue. As we continue to grow and stretch and find ways to meet the needs of our clients and our team, we are delighted to announce that Lauren has been promoted to our ✨ Lead Clinician ✨ role!

Lauren has been a valued member of our team since she started her internship here nearly two years ago. She also served as our administrative assistant for a year and has the knowledge of how our backend processes are developed, implemented, and revised. This experience makes her a well-rounded resource for our interns, our clients, and our practice owner.
