In late January our GOC trailer was stolen as well as personal property from buildings on the site.
We have exhausted the few leads on our own and in cooperation with local law enforcement agencies. At this point, we move from recovery to replacement.
THIS DOES NOT JEOPARDIZE GOC 2026
We have throughout the years blessed each other and been blessed in return both in participation at GOC and in the generosity through fundraising functions such as the raffle and T-shirts. Each penny has been managed well and goes right back into GOC. We had planned and were prepared to begin to replace some items that were worn and nearing the end of their usefulness, but obviously had not anticipated a complete replacement, including the trailer itself.
GOC has touched the lives of so many over the years, some have already heard of this incident and offered assistance and contributions.
We are grateful and come together in community to not only support GOC but each other and what this unique event does, has done, and will continue to do into the future.
So, if you are able, and moved to contribute, large or small, we offer our gratitude and the following means: (all donations go straight to the GOC account overseen by the GOC council)
