Y’all. Class on Monday was full! All these ladies right here birthed babies. I am so proud of each and every one of them and what they have accomplished. It’s never easy to grow, birth and raise a human that relies on you for every single need. And it connects every mother out there in the universe together.

I love these postpartum classes. It’s the moment I live for! The culmination of everything we do here at empowher.

It is so fun to get to walk through all stages of life and womanhood with our patients and be able to relate to what they are going through, and pregnancy is no exception! Being able to EmpowHer women is a true gift and also empowers us to do more and learn more. So happy for all these sweet mamas! Can’t wait for them to meet my baby and then to get to meet theirs!!
